Took it to Cornwall recently had to put it up in the rain less than 15 mins and we were in and dry, then we had a months worth of rain in 24hrs (i know great week for camping!) and not one leak. last month we went away with friends and we were set up with the kettle on before they had even pitched the inner of thier tent (whoever thought pitching an inner first was a good idea???), Cant recommend this product enough.
