billinbovy replied: No, the frame is external to the tent. The inner tents (bedrooms) do of course have sewn in groundsheets

aaa says : I would say \"yes\" it is easy to assemble. Have a person on each side of the tent to connect the roof and sides poles. Work from the rear frame to the front frame in turn and the tent is up. This can be done with the bedroom compartments in place - less work and they also stay dry if it is raining! The shape is very practical providing a large space that is high enough to stand up in. The water resistance is good although water can pool on the roof if the vents are propped open. This tent survived a rainy week without major leaks when the nieghbouring pitch had to pack up and go home! I have been pleased with the quality of this tent.
