The porch tent poles are too long for the tent bag! In fact the tent bag is also too wide and baggy for the main tent so it is very difficult and awkward to carry. I contacted Eurtech leisure both by e-mail [no reply] and by telephone. I got no further than the person on the swichboard who said I have to go back to the retailer. The tent itself is very easy to put up and has a huge living area but it will be too diffcult to transport and store to justify keeping it. I am returning my tent.
