+ I CAN ANSWER TOO! I am thinking of purchasing a second hand Breckenridge, but the elastic has gone in a lot of the poles. Can anyone suggest what to do? Will I need to get new poles (are they still available?)
christine replied: take the pole to yeomens they re thread them for a couple of quid
+ I CAN ANSWER TOO! we are thinking of buying a breckenridge deluxe and wondered if any one can tell how long it takes to erect.
purple replied: I put mine up in the garden last week and it took about 1hr without rushing. I have had it up within 40mins when it was raining but I didn\'t put it up very well
+ I CAN ANSWER TOO! where can I get instructions for the Breckenridge de luxe tent as my son has lost
them, and I am hoping to take the grandchildren camping - michelle
purple replied: I have one and can give you basic instructions
Lay the inner on the ground. Get the three longest poles and thread through the middle to form the dome. The pole sleeves are all colour coded. Put the pins into the bottom of the poles. It will be easier if someone holds the poles up from inside the tent. Each bedroom pod needs 2 poles which are also colour coded. Thread them through the pole sleeves on each pod and fix in the pins. There are 2 poles which hold up the porch section which you now need to put in. The inner tent should now be standing and will need pegging to the ground.
Lay out the flysheet so it is the same way round as the tent. Drag it over the inner making sure that as far as possible the seams line up with the tent poles. You will need to spend some time adjusting the flysheet so that it is evenly over the tent. Peg down the flysheet and guy ropes and you are done.
It does need 2 people and will take about 1hr to erect. Good luck!! (I suggest you practice putting it up before you go camping!!!)

Brilliant tent!!
Cannot fault this spacious leviathon.
It will comfortably sleep 9 in the bedrooms alone and another 4 or 5 in the living area.
I have owned one for about 6 years and had a minor mishap last year, (2007) where I had to think about buying another tent.
Nothing on the market compares with the Brekenridge for size...So I bought another one!!
If you enjoy camping in comfort and style & have a small army of \'rugrats\'... BUY THIS TENT.
